Included are technical lectures on mathematics influenced by Ramanujan's work, public presentations on Ramanujan's notebooks, dance performances and a film about Ramanujan's life. 25 year old Ramanujan wrote to Hardy on 16th Jan 1913. He left all subjects except mathematics in the college. He was starving and getting more and more ill in Cambridge. The Mathematical wonder or 120 statements of theorems on infinite series, . Well, his dear UK colleagues let him die of starvation and without medical care. Five finest years of my life were spent in this University; two, out of these five, were spent here, in the science faculty; and one in this room where we used to do practicals in statistics. The lost notebook ( just some 87 loose paper sheets , rest about Fractals were stolen) of valuable work done in India in his final year of his life, was finally found by George Andrews in 1976 in England at Wren Library of Trinity college .
